Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time
100% of orders are shipped within 1-3 business day.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays are dispatched on Mondays or the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
(Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Orders should be received within 3-15 business days.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use Canada Post, UPS , and Fedex as our shipping providers.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Delayed Or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days.
We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.
Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed and we have not been able to trace the parcel through tracking mechanisms. And this will be at the discretion of The Original Workshop.
Wrong Or Incomplete Addresses
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Original Workshop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please Contact Us, immediately.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
This is required. No Exceptions.

Order Tracking
Once we have picked, packed and dropped the shipment off at the shipment facility, you will receive a tracking number to the email you used to order. The tracking number usually will start getting activity posted to it within 24-48 hours.
