We don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not offer a refund or exchange for personalized picture/sign items unless it is a mistake that we made. If the buyer has made a mistake, we regret that we cannot refund or exchange the sign/product, however, we do offer a discounted replacement. Knots and wood grain will vary from piece to piece. It simply shows the natural characteristics within the wood. These characteristics are not considered defects and we cannot refund for this reason. Color will also vary as this is a handmade product using natural products in most cases.
