Recently, we had the opportunity to design and produce a series of a Company Award Plaque for Mantl , a project that perfectly showcases the intersection of craftsmanship, design, and innovation. For these milestone plaques, the goal was to highlight long-term equipment performance while maintaining a sleek, industrial aesthetic that aligns with the energy sector. We started with premium hardwood, selected for its durability and ability to hold intricate engravings. The plaques were designed with a curved top, adding a modern architectural element that distinguishes them from traditional rectangular awards.

Using an advanced CNC machining, we meticulously carved each plaque to include custom lettering, company logos, and detailed specifications unique to each award recipient. Every line, curve, and text element was crafted with precision, ensuring clarity and a professional finish. To enhance the visual appeal, we incorporated resin inlays in a bold mustard-yellow color, contrasting beautifully against the natural wood grain.
